previous bank approval 的曆史。不過有一點聽起來有點矛盾，既然這個owner is so stressed out and living in agony ! He has his stuff packed and ready to move ，為什麽他不幹脆就move out呢？因為空置更方便賣。不想move out的人是想占免費房住。
