do not rush

i live in Toronto north, every time when i posted Ad for rent, it will take me 1 month to pick the right family. In 2009 Sep, i opened the apartment for 15+ families to view. do not rush, the more people coming to view, the more chances for  you to find the good one. In Toronto, it will take as much as 6 months to kick a bad tenant out. 6 months, free for the bad guy.

Please take your time. if i were you, i will not allow any one in your list in.
