10年時間，俺終於達到了平均數。

剛投資的前幾年，參加一個當地的地主協會。一千多會員，控製6萬多套住房。平均每個地主四十套。開年會時，一眼望去，都是灰白的頭發，年輕人沒有幾個。

俺當時想，那得多少年才能達到這個平均數啊。
