I heard, in Florida, mortgage is non-recourse loan, that means they can only take your house, they can not go after your other personal properties. Besides, the banks are overwhelmed by the amount of forclosure cases, it will take them a couple of years to process your case. You get to save the payment and stay in the house! Stop the payment now!
