苦命的佛州地主，房價大跌，有首付，要搬家，房子怎麽辦，跪求大俠建議！！

說起來一肚子苦水，不知道怎麽這麽悲催。2007 年買房，房價從35萬跌到現在的19萬，估計還會再跌，有20%的首付，我在2年前失業，現就靠老公一人7，8 萬的工資付2200多的morgage，非常緊張。一年前申請了loan modification， 天殺的wells fargo， 本來說是我們不符合HAPM,符合wellsfargo 的in-house plan, 1400/month, 40 年， trial 3 month 了，但最後agent不見了，讓我們重新來過申請，一個月前又交了申請，今天結果出來，一個月才降了200快，monthly morgage payment 2000/month,25 年，比第一次差好多，說是govement的HAMP，我們不符合in-house的，暈死！ 跟specialist說了半天，她威脅我們說如果據了這個，下一個offer可能更差，或者就short sale 啥的。更窩囊的是，因為loan modi， 銀行讓我們有了半年的partial payment， 連奧巴馬的refiance也不可能了，我和老公都要氣死了。

囉裏囉唆這麽多，我最近也在麵試工作，很有可能全家會搬到其他州，想問問路過的大俠，我們該接受這個laon modi offer 嗎, 要拒絕俄的話，能搞到better deal 嗎，會不會被銀行迫使forclose 啥的，是不是應該shortsale，如果兩個人都工作，銀行肯嗎？
