Buyer's agent need to disclose to his client if he is sending the bid to the same house. Usually experienced agent won't do that...After all, house is commodity, specially track home, when demand is strong price goes higher, when price goes high enough there will be less interested buyers...
Seller won't care-who ever offers the highest gets the house...
