如果agent和他的client都對同一個房子感興趣怎麽辦？

這該是有conflict of interest了吧？一般來說agent是否該放棄呢？很多agents自己也做房地產，碰到好的deal他們一定也會感興趣，要是他們的client同時也喜歡，agents該怎麽辦？我想這種事應該是挺常見的吧？
