準備強行把租客趕走，不知行不行

我們有一個修車房，租給一個客戶，簽約一年，但他老拖房租，現在一年到了，我們也沒給他新的租約，告訴他下個月搬走。如果到時他不搬，我準備把他的工具另放，換鎖。因為這裏上法庭花時間，所以我不打算和他耗。這個人第一次自己做修車，根本不懂怎麽做生意，宰一個是一個。我們也不看好他的生意。
