FINAL WALK THROUGH 發現臥室天花板有一條LEAKING痕跡。但是已經幹了。HOA與AGENT的EMAIL顯示HOA會進行修理房頂和天花板。但也許2周或更長。Agent要求我馬上CLOSE ESCROW(他認為因為HOA說了會修理)。 而銀行的信上最後時間3月5日之前.我的問題是如果close之後有人要租,這種房子狀況我可以出租嗎?(已經有人聯係看房)。先謝謝大家了!!!
