請教各位專家高手，能否出租這個CONDO?

FINAL WALK THROUGH 發現臥室天花板有一條LEAKING痕跡。但是已經幹了。HOA與AGENT的EMAIL顯示HOA會進行修理房頂和天花板。但也許2周或更長。Agent要求我馬上CLOSE ESCROW（他認為因為HOA說了會修理）。 而銀行的信上最後時間3月5日之前.我的問題是如果close之後有人要租，這種房子狀況我可以出租嗎？（已經有人聯係看房）。先謝謝大家了！！！
