非常感謝名人va_landlord的回答。趕緊問一下，我必須馬上close嗎？可以close在3月5日嗎？

另外HOA還不知何時修理，如果和租客講清楚而其願意在修理之前入住，之後會不會有什麽麻煩呢？需要在least上說清楚嗎？再次感謝！！！
