here is my experience

 

Your eligibility for FSA benefits will end at midnight on your last day of employment. All claims must be incurred on or before your termination date. All claims must be submitted within 60 days of your termination date in order to receive reimbursement from the accounts. 

I don't know what yours is.  so, pick up the phone and yell....
