同學們碰到過這事沒有？

我在前一個employer那裏的FSA上還有近六百元沒有拿回來，上個月搜岀一些收據，填好表寄去，居然被打回！理由是account 已經被停止超過90天了！

有這一規定嗎？有辦法將損失奪回來嗎？
