出價25萬5。銀行回至少30萬。

也就租個2200。

學區是當地不錯或最好的。最高時價格到了68萬7。

從周圍房子的賣價來看，30萬可能也是正常的。也不知道agent怎麽給古石做出個25萬5。真讓人難過。
