At this stage, the broker of your agent should talk with the oth

If your agent cannot do it, then s/he should ask his/her broker to deal with it. Usually the brokers have many years of experience and know the other broker through years of work. In addition, the sellers agent should obey his/her broker if s/he ever wants assistance from his/her broker in the future.
