找人判斷一下到底哪一段出了問題.
我的情況我付了 $300 just to let a technician to connect the wires outside (wires/power good, but disconnected) to the meter. Later I called the E company several times and argued with them and they agreed that they made a wrong judgement at the beginning and reimbursed me half of the cost.
My argument is based on the following:
I believe the E company is responsible up untill the meter (and include the meter since the meter is theirs), so if you confirm nothing wrong inside your home, then it is their problem. And even if something wrong inside your home, there should be some auto protection mechanism around the transformer, so you should not be responsible for that.
