紐約上州買房求建議

現在租房住：想買一個duplex. 一房自住。另一房出租。有朋友說和自己的租客住在一起會有很多麻煩。好租客還好。壞租客會很煩。請求這裏的朋友給一些建議。謝謝。

 

如果從投資的角度比較，是買這種duplex好。還是買一個自住房和一個出租房？

 

另外誰給介紹一個比較好的realtor (Westchester, NY)
