come on, go to realtor.com, no need so expensive. You are right, before you can not find under 90W, now you can. I just bought house there, I obsolutely love it.

I moved from Manhattan. there are everything there, good school. shopping, beach,libary etc etc. only 40 minutes to grand central, middle of Manhattan, easy commute to manhattan. unlike NJ TS or Longisland RR, penn station, difficult to go anywhere.
