以便盡快脫手。

當然，我的買價就更低了。50-60% of the market.

但是，要注意，並不是所有的flipper都很注重質量。也有很多人整得是驢糞蛋子，表麵光。所以，要有一個好的房檢師。好好幫你挑挑毛病。
