還有2-3 weeks就要搬進升級的新房,因考慮出租現有房以避免損失,想finance,以3。75% 30 年,每月能少付 $540 ,但是一想,假如3-5 年後賣出去的話,恐怕也沒什麽區別,因為目前的loan已經付了5年。。。要麽就是幹脆take lost賣掉現有房,拿到的equity再去買投資房出租。。。請各位大俠和牛人指點。。。
