short sale，前主人要反租，有點不爽

偶買了一棟房，在買賣房時，前房主要偶同意，偶買房後，讓他們用低於市場價400刀把房租給他們。他們有一堆狗，他們要找到願意租給他們的房東挺難。偶一動善心，就同意了。

偶也不太有出息，老公不太愛買房，嫌麻煩，他說，起念買房後，偶變老變醜，俺又開始不爽了。

偶的agent讓偶往好裏想，反正lease就半年，過去了就好了。偶覺得有道理。

昨天老公叫俺投資Reit，別惹麻煩當房東。可偶現在反悔，不成交，又覺得對不起agent和seller。

幸福指數下降，咋辦泥？大家指導指導俺。
