最近正在買一個short sale,剛批。approval letter看著很蹊蹺。是chase的。我給530k,銀行隻要445k,agent commission 30k, owner incentive 33k, other lien 6k, 還剩下15k左右。這15k到哪裏去了,請問大蝦能解釋嗎?我的agent解釋不了,或者想瞞著我。
