另外補充一個，這個是我LG原來租的condo，我自己原來租的apt，是一個很大的property management公司在管理的，我在那個property裏不同的unit搬過兩次，每次deposit除了一點地毯spot清潔費，基本都是全額退回來的，平時修理也都是他們搞定的，所以這邊這個我覺得很鬱悶，錢倒不算太多，就是覺得我們以前自己處理小問題不折騰房東being considerate都是白費了。
