I personally like swimming for my core training because I was a professional swimmer when I was teen....but you can do the trainings that suit your best! 總而言之,不要單一跑步,要加入力量訓練,噢,我還忘了一點就是瑜伽,瑜伽非常重要,不僅對flexibility也對core,我知道男人往往忽視瑜伽,但其實因為男人的flexibility本就不強,所以更加需要!
