居士又一篇好文!Many comments are very informative too! I learned a lot from posts of 居士 and other people. I would like to share my ideas. It appears we should claim SSN income no later than the January of the next year after stop working. Whis is the best time we should retire? I think it depends on what time retirement would bring us the most happiness. If you are free from financial worry but the size of your asset matters a lot to your happiness, you may be better off pushing off your retirement date. Certainly it also depends on how you enjoy the work you are doing and many other factors. Thanks a lot!
