第一次發帖詢問，今天房客突然發信說要early termination

理由很奇怪說是有construction noise，而且這個construction搞得數次斷網斷水，這個小區是新的但是早就建完了。該房客從來沒問題。lease七月底到期，他們說給一個月的termination fee， 然後四月底搬走 （四月的租金已付）。 我看了lease 關於early termination給多少reletting fee 居然空著沒填。 沒經驗哈。所以想請教這種就算了，讓他們走，馬上把房子list出去，還是要求其他的賠償。 感謝。
