經紀不懂這些，要問inspector。你要真想建房的話，約你的builder好好談一談，他們會告訴你所有信息。你在這裏東

問一句西問一句效率太低了。而且不同city規定不同。你還是得以房子所在地的city說法為準。建房子很麻煩，我的builder年前遞交的permit申請現在還沒批下來。
