Yes, absolute NNN 地產聽起來好, fee simple ownership allows for deprecation. No LL responsibilities 符合我的懶人性格.  微笑

快餐和加油站怎麽樣?

現有大筆的Customized Muni Bond Portfolio, but yield is only about 3.4% Tax Free, 又不想全放在equity market, 所以想分出一部份去房地產.  

小部份在private credit fund with current yield 12%, but not sure if I should increase this allocation.
