2012年從4萬到目前50萬，我的一個投資房前生今世，有圖有真相

房子長相如下：

學校很好：

房子我2012年三月份15萬5買來，downpayment加上closing cost 大概近4萬。

房子是2006年的新房，2006年價格39萬5：

 

我買來出租，開始租金1350每月

這個房子我2021年8月以1031 exchange賣給open door ，價格49萬，open door 2個月後48萬賣出：

 

這個房子換成以下2個，買價分別53萬多和33萬多，目前Redfin估價分別為64萬和39萬，增值共大概15萬：

原來的賣給open door的估價為 51萬5：

2012年從4萬投入大概到目前的淨值50萬，不算其中的租金收入。
