先說說背景。這戶人家已租住了5年多,估計還會住上10年,直到小孩高中畢業。他們自己也做一些庭院升級。是好房客,但收入有限,我不希望升級房屋但漲他們的房租。
跑路的那位還沒把他挖出來。我也不好去追問兩位推薦他的realtors,大家都是想幫忙。我的realtor是看我太忙(主要是那幾天新房該closing了,急需處理一堆事),才主動幫我承擔了這修馬桶的事,結果,偏生出了事。我追得緊想必也會給她造成心理壓力。
我拿到的兩個報價如下,第一個是修馬桶外加把泡過水的地板全換了。第二個是把淹水已經損壞的地板換了,不嚴重的將就著用。若選擇第二個,我自己掏腰包,這事就算過去了,大家覺得怎麽處理好?
