波大在嗎，再請教一下fire department report

前不久我那個遭火災的condo收到fire department的incident report，裏麵investigation type 填的是intentional act. 實際情況是租客的四歲小男孩在二樓closet玩打火機，當時租客在樓下廚房做飯。租客當時應該也是這麽和消防員說的，這種起火原因歸為故意縱火是不是錯了？保險公司會不會因為這個report上寫的intention act拒賠？我如果自己去消防局或者讓租客去消防局，可能讓改成unintentional 嗎？
