記得如山提醒大家所有房子的個人責任險提高到50萬，再加100萬美元的雨傘險。還提到過建築物（Dwelling）保額（Limits of Liability）是25萬，責任保額（Business Liability/Landlord Liability）是50萬。 但那是指landlord insurance吧？
另外請問addendum裏關於tenants insurance像這樣寫算thorough了嗎？
Tenants Insurance Requirement: The Tenant acknowledges the importance of maintaining sufficient and active tenant's insurance including property damage insurance and liability insurance throughout the entire lease period. The Landlord must be listed as an additional interest on the insurance policy, with prompt updates for any changes. The Landlord shall not assume any responsibility for the safety or protection of the Tenant's personal belongings and the property damages and liability caused by the tenants. Failure to comply with this requirement results in the termination of the lease agreement.
