來問問有經驗的房東，印度房客怎樣？近期來了兩家印度人找房子的，開口就要Discount和短租

第一家，是個在本地剛找到工作的兒子和媽媽一起來的，看完房子後還滿意，就是問能不能租六個月， 或者租一年能不能給個 Discount？

第二家，是從New York來本地做生意的，也是看完房子後問能不能租六個月？

答案自然都是 NO。
