請教亞特蘭大 Rowen 新城買房 是個好主意嗎？

各位投資前輩， 請不吝賜教。

想在亞特蘭大買個投資房， 大家覺著Rowen 新城 怎樣？聽說有很大的升值空間。

本人沒買過投資房，心中一片茫然。手裏有一些現金， 但還需貸款。

我住在寒冷的北方。10年後想去亞特蘭大退休。

這個房子可以先租出去， 等到十年後退休， 自己也許能住； 要是不能自己住， 就賣掉， 再在中國人多的社區買退休房。
