請教smlandlord和有過經驗的網友: AMEX能重複開卡嗎

請教smlandlord 和之前有過類似經驗的網友，

"第三個是Amex biz Blue, 這個卡我已經很多年了，Amex 的2% 卡， 當時開卡是6萬分，去年又開了一個，所以關了這個.

第四個是Amex biz platinum, 去年開的，開卡20萬積分，這個我已經有了一個，重複，關了."

以前網上了解到AMEX的獎勵是lifetime,隻有一次。可是看您的信息， 似乎AMEX biz Blue, AMEX biz platinum您都重複開卡。請問您是過了幾年才能重複開卡並且拿到獎勵積分的？ 

如果開新卡，原來舊卡不關嗎? 在不關舊卡的情況下， 您申請了同一種卡的新卡， 而且還獲得了第二次的獎勵積分？
