這個條款隻管到2月底，再往後的隻是month to month。

month to month的規則要看州法。你不能按lease，要去看州法對M2M的規定。再說這和security deposit也是兩回事。

這點小事真的不值得打官司，你的錯誤在於比州法規定的還錢晚了一天。和律師打官司有點自己找操。
