謝謝大家的回複, 我問他為什麽有這個eviction civil dismissal, 他說是因為他國外出差兩星期, 網上付房租選錯了銀行. 

 

There was one instance when I was out of the country on a business trip for two weeks.  I paid the rent online and chose the wrong bank account by mistake. When I got back a week, Later I learned about the mistake and paid it immediately.
