空調問題

請教一下空調問題，昨天我一個出租房的空調壞了，結果查出來是在Accumulator 上麵接銅管子的地方漏Freon, 請了一個人去看，他建議bypass Accumulator,說不影響工作，因為天氣太熱，我當時為了盡快修好，同意他的建議，所以他把accumulator拆掉了。

後來查了Google, 發現這個Accumulator 還是蠻重要的，尤其對Heat pump.

現在怎麽辦？怎麽跟他交涉? 我還沒有付錢。估計等一下他的賬單就來了
