you have to keep her junk for 30 days. I would say to avoid trouble the standard procedure is to rent a storage unit and put her stuff there. Pay 1 month storage fee and keep the receipt. This is the professional way to do it. If she wants her stuff she will have to pay you the storage fee. Or the storage company will auction off the stuff. I once paid 10 dollars at such auctions for a nice bedroom set and a dishwasher (the latter I sold for a 100 dollars...)
