請教一個廚房電控的問題

最近做飯時，廚房電加熱的爐子突然斷電，去車庫控製板檢查，發現爐子的兩個黑色的塑料控製開關發熱發燙了（如下圖）。但是控製板並未自動換成關的位置！！！我手動搬回關的位置，然後搬回開的位置，爐子重新加熱了。這樣的操作變得頻繁了，挺討厭的。

請問一下該怎麽徹底解決這個問題？
