請教：政府補助房租的低收入者，把房子租給他們，有什麽問題？

在加拿大，有申請人是低收入，使用政府的房租補貼項目 portable housing benefit，打電話給政府職工查問，對方說是房租每月可以打到房東帳戶，每月１０００元的上限，正好是我出租的錢數。但是沒有收過這樣的租客，請問有什麽潛在問題／風險嗎？
