請問efile eviction 後housing court通知去mediation

在麻省: lease二月底到期, 請律師efile eviction 了, housing court 給通知下周去zoom上mediation, 請問有人知道怎樣應對嗎？

是不是court調解:比如房客交租, 房主寬限一兩個月之類的。房客今年完全沒交租,我想讓她盡快走。

是否可以不接受調解？如果我不接受mediation, court會不會當場定eviction 成立or not？ 還是重新排隊等trial date for eviction? 這樣又會再拖兩個月。
