Warranty stayed till April 30th, no judgement.
That means if the tenant moves before April 30th, you just change the lock. If she does not, then you as the court to issue warrant, which may give the tenant another 3 days to move out. After that you can ask marshal to do a lock out. You meet with him at property with a new lock, marshal knocks on the door to kick out everbody, and you change the lock.
You do not have judgement to go after the unpaid rent, but you are probably not going to get anything even going through a trial.
