問個報稅的問題哈。雖然拖延症很痛苦，但是每年就這麽一個算賬的機會

還必須算清楚，感覺就還可以。

可能以前問過，沒弄清楚。

 

1. 出租房的HOA，管理費，地產稅，哪些是不用從gross income裏麵減掉的？（在加州）

2. 房子的depreciation怎麽算？是不是沒貸款的自住房也可以報depreciation? 怎麽跟出租房區分呢？

 

唉，想起來還是煩躁。不想報稅。
