分拆現金本身就是犯罪，不管來路是否正大光明，因為目的是繞開美國法律。這個不是中國人換匯的螞蟻搬家，螞蟻搬家是為了繞開中國法律，是否觸犯美國法律，我現在沒有看到相關案例。
