I requested an annual rent increase for my section 8 unit from $1290 to $1410, which is less than 10% limit per California law. The section 8 program only approved for $1357. Any one can advise me how can I terminate the section 8 tenants. The property is in Fresno CA.
Current section 8 payment standard is $2126 for 3 bedroom unit in Fresno. If I can terminate the section 8 tenants, I can rent out for market amount.
