escrow要保持12個月的的結餘

closing的時候，你付12個月的prepaid escrow+1個月的當月的escrow=13個月。

現在過了一個月，你要付下個月的escrow。那12個月的prepaid escrow不能花，需要一直保持下去12個月的結餘。

這是我的估計，你也不細說為什麽你要保持12個月的escrow，也不說現在賬單上要多少錢。
