匯報一下，今天的hearing又開不成了。。hoa人數總是到不了quorum。。

我就沒見過這個小區哪次開過hoa meeting（hearing是其中一個環節）。

另外，我的房子門口就有兩個guest parking車位，但是其中一個長期被鄰居家占（鄰居家有殘疾的兒子），出於道德考慮，我們再糾結要不要和hoa指出這個鄰居長期霸占的情況。。要麽還是算了，不要單獨指出這個鄰居為好
