鼠患怎麽處理

三樓和一樓的租戶都說鬧鼠患。我請了pest control 好幾次，放trap，堵洞。

可是還是有。昨天，租戶發來一個video有東西在ceiling裏，往下撓。ceiling上有個小洞，什麽東西揮之欲出。

這麽嚴重的鼠患，怎麽處理呢？
