1, you need find all the possible entrances and block them. check every vent, pipe.. mostly use chicken wires, steel wools. this way no more come in and out.
2, bait, use temper-resistant station. about 10-20 bucks each on amazon. check it every week and replenish as needed.
Dependes on the severity of infestation, you can try glue boards, traps if it is light. Bait is the most effective.
I have a condo, many mices.they run around and chew many holes on the drywall and baseboards. Gone through many companies including some big names like Orkin, no one works. Until I got a guy use bait, the tenant see the dead mices aeverywhere. The problem for condo is that you can not do much on the outside or to neighbors. It is easier for SFH to do the exclusion.
