2022 年最好的投資是年初給我們自己買了個海邊退休小康鬥，說是個康鬥，實際上是各種設施齊全的大公寓，買時最看中的是可以隨時出去走走海邊步道，後來發現去市中心，超市，餐館，爬山，公共交通都是步行距離，真是意外的驚喜。

此康鬥的月付額是我們所有房子中最貴的，本來還想自己不住時，考慮按月租給人（HOA不允許短租），後來一想，不租了，自己享受，我可不想人家在我的床上打滾，哈哈。不住時空關著。HOA有點高，但絕對物有所值。有on-site 的管理員，服務很好。去年夏天是我們過得最舒服的夏天，兩個家一個來小時的車程晚飯後的氣溫可以相差三十幾度（華氏）。

此康鬥區的房主三分之一是退休的老頭老太常住戶，將來我們也會加入。其餘是second home, 隻有周末夏天來一下，其中不乏外州的房主。

這裏夏天不熱，冬天不冷，沒蚊子，風景堪比夏威夷。

去年在利率高漲之前refinance 了兩個出租房，拿出的錢自己享用了再說。目前的房子一半有貸款，都有不錯的現金流。

去年兩次自駕遊，兩個多月，美國基本跑遍了，還缺東北部幾個小州，準備今年去看秋葉。

退了快兩年，忙得很，想學一樣樂器都沒安排上日程。

去年的股票和基金都虧了，還是房子實在，加一圈房租（還比市價低），通貨膨漲不愁了，咱們吃的喝的玩的全靠它們了。
